Problem
Meta reports leads, not students. The team could see cost per lead, but not which ads actually filled classrooms, and website traffic lived in a separate tool nobody opened.
What we built
A dashboard that pulls Meta ad data every hour, joins it with the sales sheets and the branch register, and shows cost per enrolment by ad. A second tab tracks the website itself: sources, landing pages, how far visitors get, and which sources actually book.
Result
Budget moves on cost per enrolment, not cost per lead. A weekly review day is built in, and the numbers are cross-checked against the branch register, not just Meta's own attribution.
The starting point
A trading school buys attention on Meta and sells seats in a classroom. Between the two sit a lead form, a sales call, a branch visit and a payment. Meta only sees the first step, so it was optimising for the wrong thing.
What we built
An automated pipeline that pulls ad performance every hour, matches leads to the team's sales sheets and the branch register by phone number, and publishes a private dashboard. The website tab uses the site's own visit tracking, so ads and site behaviour sit side by side.
How it is used
Monday is review day: the dashboard flags ads to pause and budgets to move, based on cost per appointment and cost per enrolment. The dashboard shown here uses sample data; the real figures stay private.
